Health and safety codes for subsidised houseing?
Question:i live in subsidized houseing and the New landlords are demanding we clean the outside of the upstairs windows by leaning out the window to do it. and i also formed a complaint on friday that we have had little to no hot water for two days and now it is sunday and it has been 5 days and still no one has come to look at our hot water what are my recourses to deal with all of this. any help would be great.

You need to check the government rules and regulations for subsidized housing in your area. If all else fails file a complaint with your states Attorney General. They will send you the forms to fill out to file it. Also contact one of your local TV stations and let them know what's going on. The more news coverage you get, the sooner you will get things fixed. No landlord likes bad publicity
Does this mean that you have a case worker and part of your rent is being paid by government subsidizing? If so, you should call your case worker and ask what can be done as your family is not having hot water. You also tell your landlord if they want you to clean the windows, they are to furnish a ladder.
