Isopropyl (rubbing)alcohol should dissolve it. Wash immediately after. As previous poster mentioned be careful if the pants are nylon or polyester.

I would try Goof Off. It smells horrible but it works on all kinds of paint and I have used it to get white out off of clothes. You cant use it on all kinds of material though, I wouldn't use it on nylon or polyester types it could eat right through. You can buy it at Home Depot.
