How to remove tar form clothes?

Question:i have a colorful swim suit that i got sum tar on and i wanna remove it with out messing up the color plz help

You have to be very careful. You can try solvents like those for removing tar from car bumpers (auto parts store), but the color is going to be a problem and don't try them until everything else fails. One procedure is given as a reference.
