How to get permenent marker out of a new blue shirt?

Question:I just bought a shirt from this thing and i asked the guy to sign it but he drew a pic and it looks bad and i want it gone. HELP!!

You might try hydrogen peroxide. My husband uses it on his nurses scrubs for blood stains, it might work for permanent marker. Put the peroxide on a rag first blot make sure it does not fade the shirt. also I used the stuff on a royal blue shirt of my son's that had blood stains all over it a couple of weeks ago due to a cute arm from a bike wreck. I was totally amazed it got the blood out.
