How to fix damaged dress shirt collars?

Question:How to fix damaged dress shirt collars? I tried hang drying and they looked wilted and wrinked. I tried re-washing and regular drying, same problem. They look like they have air bubbles next to wrinkles.

Answers:
Use a steam iron to 'Steam" ou the bubbles..let the collars cool off for awhile - then you can starch them if you want a crisp look.
