Easiest way to get oil stains off of concrete driveway.?
Question:
Answers:
Cat box litter, either regular clay or clumping, is great for absorbing liquid spills, especially oil of any kind, on cement or concrete floors. Pour it on the spot and then grind it into the the spot with your foot. Leave it to allow it to absorb all of the oil that it can. Then sweep it up. Repeat the process if necessary
I have the same problem. Try Kitty litter, rub it into the stain, with your foot. Let sit for at least 2 weeks, then wash away. Regards-Bob. PS-You may have to do this several times.
there aint no easy way.
paint the drive the same color as the used oil stains.
Use a good degreaser like Mean Green or there is one called Orange Power or Spray Orange, something like that. It comes in a orange spray bottle. It is very good. Saturate the stain and let it stand a few minutes, not long as it will quickly dry, then spray again and scrub with a stiff brush or broom. Each stain should only take about ten minutes to come out. While the stain is wet you could put some dry sweep over it and grind into the concrete. You wouldn't need to rinse if you did it that way.
