My bagless vaccuum continually cloggs up.?

Question:a clog forms in the hose between the floor brushes and the detachable hose every time i clean. I have to use a broom handle to unclog it all the time. The vac. is only a year or so old. What can I do instead of having to tear it apart every time I have to clean?

Answers:
Sounds like you have a lot to vacuum up. Pet hair will clog a vacuum. My advice if it's a pet hair problem. Then your going to have to empty out your container more often, maybe even twice in just one room.

Also a suggestion do a walk through before you vacuum to pick up any debris that would be the size of a penny or larger. If it's clogging up allot your sucking up more dirt then the vacuum can handle.

Another option if you only had it for a year it maybe still covered under warranty and there maybe something with the vacuum itself that it never had very good sucking power to it and the dirt is not going through your hose like it should, and it's giving you more clogs.

you should get rid of the vaccuume and get a new one. you should try the swifter vaccume!
