Doggy poo how to remove stains?

Question:one of my dogs has a poo on the step of the conservatory step which is white upvc, no matter how quick i pick it up it stains, does anybody have any sensible suggustion on what cleaning product would get it off. I have tried vingar, bleech, flash, jeyes fluid, really shrub it but it still wont come off.
Any ideas?

try this..you cna tell i love this product and really do pass the word on about it.. try some scotchguard oxiclean carpet spot an stain remover.. i love this stuff... firs toff clean the area with dawn dishsoap...jsut a drop at a time..it goes along way.. abucket of water n scrubbrush with stiff bristolds go over the area with that first then spray the cleaner on i jsut told ya about.. let it sit a few mins then scrub and rinse
