vinager and water and a whole lot of rubbing
spray and let soak with windex.then scrap it off with a razor blade. works like a charm!!
vinegar water and newspaper to dry. vinegar water is better than windex by far cleans everything to especially glass if its really stuck on there scrap it off with a straight edge razor then wash it
Have you tried White Vinegar, Using vinegar on windows and glass, goes back many many years, so give it a try.
