How do I get melted chapstick out of clothes?
Question:My chapstick went through the washer/dryer, and now there are spots all over my clothes! Help!!
Answers:
The freezing idea is on the right track. Sveral companies have introduced carpet cleaners that remove wax. The product comes in a pressurized can and sprays out a chemical that freezes the wax so it is easily removed. I have used this on poly table linens and it has worked very well. I have also tested the new freezing wart removers on table linens and they seem to work equally well. If you do try this, make sure you test it on an area that will not show in case it has a negative effect on your clothes.
here is how one manufacturer descibes his product:
MARC 119 "GUM OFF" CHEWING GUM REMOVER (aerosol)
With "quick-freeze" action. Also removes candle wax. Spray until frost appears. Chop or scrape off material with knife. Easy-to-use leaves no residue.

Maybe once it hardens you can pick it out. Is it just a couple items put them in the freezer to harden it.
Wash the items again with HOT water
Is it colored chapstick? If it has dye in it, you might be done. I would try icing it and picking it off. Then maybe try heating it up again and dabbing. This is a toughie. Good luck! Maybe you can dye your clothes back. Try putting pre treatment spray on it and washing again in hot water.
try using an iron to heat it up but put some kind of cloth or paper product over to catch it so it doesn't run
spray greased lightening cleaner on it and let it sit a bit then wash in hot water
