Deodorant and Perspiration Stain Removal
Yellow underarm shirt stains are likely caused by a combination of deodorant and perspiration. Many deodorants and antiperspirants contain aluminum salts. When these salts are combined with laundry detergent, especially in cooler water settings, they are not easily dissolved, and they remain on the fabric.

To remove the stains, try soaking the shirts in warm water with an enzyme pre-soak product or rubbing the soiled area with white vinegar. Wash in the hottest water safe for the fabric. If the stain remains, dampen and sprinkle stain with meat tenderizer. Let stand for about an hour, and launder again.

To avoid new stains from forming, always wash the shirts in the hottest water safe for the fabric. Also, allow antiperspirant to dry completely before dressing. Good luck! =)

The reason your getting yellow stains on white shirts is because your pH balance is too high, you need to find a deodorant that is specifically for high pH balance. As far as the stains try using white vinegar. Pour a little on the armpit area and rub vigorously and wash in cold.
Try soaking the area in a mixture of lemon juice and water for several hours or overnight. You could also try using a paste of baking soda and water. I have had success with both. After soaking, wash as usual. Always use a pre-treater (like Shout or Spray 'n' Wash) immediately after removing the garment so it has time to penetrate the stain before you wash it. Lemon juice is a great whitener if needed, though...so is baking soda.
Have you tryed vinegar? Soak them with warm water, soap and vinegar.
You could also try soaking them in a mix of Cascade dishwasher detergent & water - it really works well.
Soak your shirt´s in cold water , then rub with the good old fashioned soap bar soap. You can find this in your local hardware store. Remove from the water rub the soap in. Leaving the soap on and free from water ,leave like this for 1/2 hr, this lets the soap do it´s work. then back to cold water , add more soap, this time leaving the soap on pop straight into your washing machine. use a 40cº program. Then hang outside in the sun. The sun will do the rest of the work for you, by bleaching the stain out the natural way & leaving your shirt´s whiter than white
Try filling your sink with cold water and dumping one or two trays of ice cubes into it. Add some bleach and let it soak over night.
