How to remove pinkish stain from my clothes?
Question:On some of my clothes, I got this pinkish-orange stain right along the collars. I was thinking that it's from the chemical reaction of the built sweat and the bleach or something. But I didn't use any bleach, just a regular detergent. Does anyone know how to remove those stains?
Answers:
I am not sure if these are colored shirts of not~
Shout gel rubbed onto the stain is good stuff~
The very best stain remover I have ever and to use daily is a product called FOLEX~it's a carpet stain remover, but make an awesome stain remover on most things. I find it at home depot~there may be other places that sell it but it's worth a trip to get some!
Spray the collar well~let it sit for a bit and spray it again...wash and voila your stain will be gone. I often throw a half cup in with a load of clothes and it brightens them right up~
I know it will take an old red kool aid stain out of a fine sweater...and kool aid has enough die in it to stay forever.
Your shirts will thank you~
Double rinsing is also good~you didn't say if you use a fabric softener~but still rinse the shirts twice in cold water...it will help!
Happy, bright shirts to you~!~
You might check into the oxyi products sold in super markets, walmart.
Just pour on some White Vinegar on the stain, then add a little dishwashing liquid to the stain and scrub with an old toothbrush then wait a few hours then launder as usual Good Luck !
take u'r laundry detergent & pour aroun the collar or if it's powder make a paste w/ water & let it sit. U can also use SPOT SHOT..they have it in a spray now.
do this,[ old method] ,(ma grannnies tip) better soak ur dress [if its just a shirt]in a pressure cooker for some 5 min with water filled( 2glasses of water)i know its a little funky but it works!
