Any suggestions on getting black ink stains out of Khaki pants?

Yes the way to remove ink on a pair of khaki pants is to spray hair spray on it and use a toothbrush to rub gently on the spot it will come out.
don't know if this will work but i use peroxide to get most of my stains out. It's a secret that was passed down to me from my moms. After soaking it in peroxide wash normally. Hope it works.
Try these suggestions:
Ink-Ball Point Pen - Pour denatured alcohol through stain. Rub in petroleum jelly. Sponge with non-flammable dry cleaning solvent. Soak in detergent solution. Wash with detergent and bleach safe for fabric.
Ink - Fountain Pen - Run cold water through stain until no more color will come out. Rub in lemon juice and detergent. Let stand 5 minutes.
Wet ink stains may be removed by washing in milk or better still, buttermilk.Wash, changing the milk frequently.

hair spray works good for me to.this week i had a yellow shirt with some ink stains on it and i waited 3 days later to try to get it out. I tried to use laundry detergent first and it didn't work so i remember my husband told me that hair spray gets ink out and it worked.
Hairspray does the trick - I recommend using the "liquid" spray Hairspray though rather than the aerosol can. Also, be sure to wash the right after you put the hairspray on. If it doesn't come out in the first washing, do NOT throw them in the dryer. The stain will "set". Try the hairspray trick again and wash them again (it might take more than one washing).
If nothing else, the hairspray should lighten the ink stains.
