Help me!?!?!?

Question:I recently bought my daughter some pink and white outfits...they all have pink and white on them so how to i wash them without the new pink fading into anything? Everything you wash that is white does it have to be completely white?

Answers:
Wash them in cold water the first time to help "set" the colors. If you are really worried that the color will bleed, you can soak the outfit in white vinegar for a bit before you put it in the cold-water wash (once you have washed it, you won't smell the vinegar anymore). After the first few washings, should be able to wash them normally without fear of the dye bleeding.

Wash them in a cold water cycle, a 30ºc or a 40ºc wash
Wash them in vinegar with cold water, this will set* the pink and it won't run into the white, regular cold wash after with detergent.
You should first refer to the tag's directions, but Id say if you are still unsure, try to find a place that you cant see of pink, test the color fastness with diluted bleach. If it changes, do NOT throw it into your whites (believe it or not most clothes that I have tested on, that had both white and colors did fine in the white load) in this case you should probably consider it a color. But if you are concerned about the white becoming discolored you can make a mini load of those special clothes, or you can throw it in with colors but make sure you use an agent that keeps colors from running.
wash them in cold water, but as far as I know pink is not a colour that should run ,since I cannot see the clothes ,just to be on the safe side , use a cup of white vinegar during the rinse cycle. And if you wash them by hand ,just add the vinegar to a tub.
No, just follow the care instructions on the inside lable of the garmet... Dont use a bleach that you would use for white sheets/towels.. instead use powdered bleach like "Clorox 2" Use a detergent like "Tide with bleach"... wash them in cold water..
Use color safe or detergent that won't let your colors bleed. Before you try anything go to the store and look at the detergents and see if there is one that protects your colors and whites. It will save you money in the long run.
