How do i keep my room clean?
Question:I have problems keeping my room clean since i share with my sister and i can not stand having a messy room please help me!!

separate the room with tape...just like on the Wonder Years.
U can keep your room clean by picking things up as you go. if u c something on the flooor just pick it up and whenit is really time to clean you room u wont have anything to do bcuz u already would have done it.
encourage her to clean her stuff
bug and keep bugging her to keep her side tidy, if you do it enough she will get tired of it and clean it up.
or have a certian day of the week where both of you just clean the room, ex: every thursday i clean my room and bathroom spotless.
YOu just need to deep clean it, and once its perfect again, just DONT LET IT GET BAD again, pick up after yourself.

Get some organizers - plastic drawers or shelves from Walmart. Do a major clean - everything must have its own place. Get rid of as much as possible. Keep only what you feel you have to have, as long as it has a place. Help sis do the same - major clean and get rid of tons of stuff - perhaps a tag sale or donate to chariety. Everything must have its own place - and that is where it must live at all times unless you are using it. Your tag sale could help pat for organizers.

Maybe you could talk to your sister and ask her to help you , telling a person to do something is kind of bossy, but asking for help might just work.
thats easy...every 3 days, just dust your furnature and stuff, then every weekend, wash your blankets and pillow cases and stuff, sweep your floors, and put things in places where they belong...you'll be suprised how cleen it will be...

Hire a maid!
Ask your sister to pick up her thing´s, put the thing´s where they belong. Never pick up after her, bad mistake if you do. She will then think, if she leaves it their long enough you will pick it up. Do as I did with my kid´s, I got fed-up telling them to pick up after themselves, so write her a letter. Just remember to add the please and thank you. Make it a nice letter, saying you would like her side of the room clean, as the room look´s rather odd, with 1 side clean and tidy and the other all a mess. Put in the letter all the things she has to do . This worked well for me , it might work for you
