What the best way to clean Laminent floors?

Question:You know the ones that look like hardwood flooring and just snap together.

Answers:
Sweep or use a dust mop then mop with just a slightly damp mop. I use vinegar and very hot water with a Quickie Twist Mop, then turn on the ceiling fans to speed up the drying.

I use a swiffer and it does a GREAT job really quickly. I think the laminate floors aren't supposed to be mopped with a lot of water so be sure and don't do that. Swiffer wet cloths work too if it gets really dirty, like if someone tracks mud or if there's a juice spill.
I like the first answer... However, just to add that it's good to vacuum the floors and get up any dust... I like a dust/mop ($10)broom.. Mine is microfiber with a removeable/washable head.. I do not like the Swiffer especially if you have children/pets.. The cleaning agent leaves residue that is harmful to both... It's expensive as well. I like to use either Murphy's oil soap sparingly in a bucket and mop only when necessary about once a month... You just barely wet the mop head. good luck...
Most manufacturers recommend just using white vinegar and water. Then you can buy specific product to polish them. I've also used Murphy's Oil with no problem.
