try 2 cups of white vingar in ur wash. 2 cups for large loads and 1 for small.
Pour your liquid washing soup on to the area and rub a little let it set for a few min.
Next drop it in to the washing machine and wash as normal, these method also works for greasy stains on t shirts too.
I've used a little bit of Biz rubbed into the stain, let it sit for 10 minutes or so, then launder as usual. If your shirts are white, the Clorox bleach pen works well.
The best way for this is, buy some old fashioned soap bar soap, you can buy this in your local hardware store, Soak your T-shirt in cold water,rub in the soap. leave the soap on for 1/2 free from the water. Then back to the cold water give another rub with the soap, this time leaving the soap on ,pop into your machine use a 40ºc wash. Now hang outside in the sun, the sun will do the rest of the work ,by bleaching the stain out the natural way
