Clothing storage?

Question:I need to store some clothing. Some are winter clothes, some are summer clothes a size or two too small but too good to trash. What's the best way of making sure I don't have any 'critters' setting up a nursery in my containers. I don't want to use mothballs this time. Too much trouble getting the smell out. I am planning to use cedar, but what else will work? I need something that will keep out mice and bugs. Many thanks to the intelligent folks out there helping with this solution.

What about using those " Space Bags ", the plastic, zip-lock bags that have an opening that you attach to your vacuum hose and suck out the air. This then flattens the parcel and makes it easier to store.

lizzie's right space bags r great for storing clothes. I have some and I love them.
i agree with lizzie its you rbest bet to have them critters stay away from your clothing
Space bags but here is a hint put a fabric soften sheet in with them.....makes it smell fresh when you up it back up
