break up with her. she doesn't love you anyway.
Put a generous dollop of dishwashing soap like Dawn on the spot and rub in well, let sit until well permiated and then launder in cold water. DO NOT dry if stain was not removed, check carefully before drying. If grease is still there, re-treat.
Put a degreasing dish soap on the spot. Rub it, then set it in cool water to soak for about an hour. Then, launder. Check it before drying to see if the spot came out, if not, repeat the above process. (Helpful hint, I use Sun Oxy cleaner in all of my wash, except loads I bleach, to help prevent stains. Then, if I miss something, it usually comes out the first time, if not, it comes out after a few more washings. There are exceptions to this, but it does help prevent spills and spots from becoming stains that won't come out!) Mom of 5.

to treat by sponging with a small amount of dry-cleaning solvent, followed by liquid detergent rubbed into the stain. Wash in the hottest water safe for the fabric.
if this does not work use
, just dabbing them with warm water and detergent should be enough. If the fabric is washable, you can soak it in a solution of detergent and water before laundering. If the stain is old, then you will need to rub glycerine into the stain to loosen it and then leave it for a period of time, before soaking and washing as above. Ideally, wash with a biological laundry detergent. For non-washable fabrics and carpets, try a solution of borax and water - or you can buy specially designed commercial cleaning products, such as carpet shampoos.
