try turpentine & alternate scrubbing with soap. it could take a lot of work.

sorry, but it's gonna be pretty difficult to get out, no matter what you try.
hand cleaner , that orange colored gel, get it at lowes/walmart ,just rub it in ,let it soak then wash ,
try some orange citrus hand cleaner
If the stain is still wet, you might have a chance by using hand cleaner like the above people hav suggested, but if it's dry, you are SOL.
I think you may be out of luck. You could try turpentine and then immediately wash the shorts, but no guarantees.
Paint brush cleaner.
