With summer here in the USA can you give some time and energy saving tips when it comes to cleaning?

Question:when it comes to cleaning your house yard etc , we dont like to do it when its hot or nice outside , so is there any advice or ideas you can give to someone to help them get through those dreadfull summer time chores that will save time , money as well as energy

Answers:
Grass cutting is always a horrible chore in Southern Louisiana, where I am from, it's in the high 90's and the humidity is in the 80 - 90 percentile! I have come accustomed to cutting the lawn before 10 AM on Saturday mornings, the earliest I can get out there without disturbing the entire neighborhood is about 8 AM. All my laundry is done in the evening hours, after the sun goes down and my house cools down. The air conditioning is not running as hard, therefore you don't use as much electricity. Other household chores that don't require electricity (i.e., dusting, bathrooms, mopping), are done whenever its too hot to be outside.

Hope you find your happy medium... no matter how I look at it, housework and yard work sucks! LOL

Yes delegate the chores to everyone in the house. Or tackle the chores by doing them one a day. Mon. thelaundry tues the dusting wed the vacuming thurs mopping sat and sun the lawn and it you have time in between do little things. Above all do them with the air conditioner on inside it goes much faster when its cool or late at night when it cost less on your electric bill. Yard work can be done one at a time at a cool time. Once you get your schedule from chores in a regular shcedule it doesnt take long.
hire a cleaner or some1.....or put a shade outside for the summer
