What are these things?

Question:i found yellow like kind of beaded balls on my bed and my bed is a loft bed.been gone for a week.what are they. i think they might be dead maggots but idk because i dont have any food in here or anything... there were alot of flies in the house when i got back tho. when i relised them i got off the bed and took an immidate shower. didnt sleep on the bed. also my cats litter box is in my room so idk if thats important...
