One household tip for removing odors from fish, onions, or garlic from your hands is to rub your hands across the blade of a stainless steel knife. In fact, you can even buy stainless steel 'soaps', which are just hunks of stainless steel that are about the same shape and size as a bar of normal soap. My mom has one.
Citrus is helpful for removing those smells and aluminum stones are known to remove smells also. Shakelys "Basic H" is good for smells of all kinds as well.
Toothpaste. A little sticky but it works. PASTE, not gel.
I was a guide for walleye, and the only thing that worked for me was using palmolive on dry hands. Or you could always cut up an onion.
