Treat the stain by first wetting it with some white vinegar, then rub in a paste of 2 parts vinegar to 3 parts cornstarch. Let the paste thoroughly dry before washing the item.
Or you can use, Rubbing alcohol, just pour on to a white cloth and then dab the ink stain until it is lightened, do not rub! when stain has lightened you can remove the rest with undiluted White Vinegar then rinse out with warm water, then wash as usual.
Good Luck !
I have many stain guides and the main ingredient to remove pen is always alcohol. That is why some women swear by hairspray. It just happens to be that rubbing alcohol is the primary ingredient. Good Luck
I use hairspray. I spray the ink spot and leave it over night and then wash it. Check the spot before you dry it, you may have to spray it again and wash it again. I have never had to treat a spot more than twice.
Rinse the stain from the fabric with cold water until no more color is being removed. Place the fabric on paper towels and saturate with rubbing alcohol, using a cotton ball or small cloth to blot the stain. Replace the paper towels as often as needed to prevent re-staining the fabric. Treat the stain with a lather from a bar of Fels-Naptha Soap and launder as usual.
