Sneakers in the dryer?
Question:I got Pumas and I need them dry by the morning
So uh, it wont ruin them, will it?
Answers:
Nope, i've dont that with my shoes
If they have any leather the dryer will ruin them. If all man made material try putting them in low with several towels to help absorb the water and NOISE. If leather try stuffing them with papertowels and replacing frequently. If its as hot as it is here put them in front of the fan too.
Well, i read of WASHING shoes before (converse to be exact), so i would think that if you can wash them, you can dry them.
You will melt the shoe by puttin them in the dryer, I would NOT risk it. Set the shoes out in the sun before you need them and they should dry quickly.
If your dryer has a shoe rack or island ,so the shoes will not tumble would be your best bet. .Good luck with dry shoes!!
I've dried shoes in the dryer and they turned out fine. They weren't anything real expensive though. I also dried them with a load of towels to cushion the blow.
maybe if you put a bunch of towels in with them
Simply put the dryer on the "cool" selection..and add a couple of towels or sheets with them to soften the noise..here is an important note..take the shoe strings out of them..lol..i didn't once and the sheets were all twisted up around the strings..I had to cut them off
depends on the sneaks.. but i've never had a problem with it.
