I just saw them at Trader Joes and Vons, both offering them for 99 cents. The Container Store, Cost Plus, Target and Linen N Things are also carrying them by the registers, but I didn't note the prices. Also, the net produce bags that are made of washable cotton can be found at Sprouts and Whole Foods.

Depends on what you consider a good price. Web sites offer them for $2 to $25. I make flat bottom cloth grocery bags out of assorted fabrics and sell them for $8 each or a set of three (mixed sizes) for $24 plus shipping.
