Rubbing alcohol cleans it off real well, but if the fabric is white you might be screwed. First treat it with alcohol, and throw it right in the wash. Good luck
try soaking the spot in simple green. It should break down the sticky stain, then wash.
a cleaning supply used for that purpose will help ;) but may also stain the clothes. That billie mays orange cleaner guy makes something from concentrate that works well.
