Im a guy and i need help washing something?
Question:i have a tie blanket that my mom made me that smells like a mix of my ***, my groin and, and sweat. I don't know how to wash something like this. If I wash it, wont the ties come undone? Can i dry it too or does it need to hang dry? thanks for the help.

Well, first off, that was waaaaaaay TMI! lol... secondly, if you really do have such a thing, put it in a pillowcase, tie the pillowcase in a knot, stick it in the washer on Gentle Cycle, COLD water. Then hang to dry!
Oh, and one more thing. Don't Use It When NEKKIE! This will prevent this from happening again!! And try Fabreze once in a while!!
just wash it on the gentle cycle, and when its done just hang it up.
Both of my daughters have tie or "taggies" blankets and I always wash them in the washing machine just like everything else.
I have had one or two of the ties come loose but I just tie them again and I am good to go. The whole blanket will not come apart. Before you put it in the machine, just make sure all the ties are pretty tight and you shouldn't have anything to worry about.
PS I also put my daughters blankets in the dryer and have never had them come undone.
wow was kind of scared to read this! the best thing to do. Take something like that to a dry cleaners. Few bucks! Have it smelling really nice.
Better wash by hand.at least you can watch every inch of it.

Wash it on delicate in some warm water with detergent and 1 or 2 cup of vinegar. Then tumble dry on low if your not able to hang it up outside.
i would take it to the cleaners. let them clean it for you and next time dont use that blanket!
