All you should have to do is steam clean/wet vac it out. You can rent one at your grocery store, probably. It's no big deal...just smells that way.
Febreeze.
Seriously. I spilled milk in the trunk of my car and it was the only thing that worked.
"Lysol" Liquid type
take a large container like brownie pan. put a towel into it. pour about 1/4 - 1/2 bottle of mint scope into the towel that is in the container and put it in the trunk, in a day or 2 it will smell great, this of course is after you have cleaned the stain up. Let me know how it works.
try febreeze oder killing bacteria
Splash a tomato juice on it.
that's strong enough to kill skunk smell if you know that smell.
Tomato juice works for a skunk smell so does the milk.
Try that and you'll be happy for the result.
I am listing a few links with suggestions to try. Good luck!

Find a reputable car detailing place that does steam cleaning of upholstery is what you need to find. Like the way they steam clean your carpets at home, same thing. It's the only way to get the smell out. If there is a mobile detailing person that will come to your house, I'd spring for that. They'll know hot to fix it. Rancid milk is not fixed with Febreeze let me tell ya, it takes professional strength Stank-B-Gone to get that smell out.
The odor of spoiled milk is traditionally very difficult to remove. Fortunately, there are some relatively simple (and inexpensive) solutions. The sooner you clean the smelly spot, the greater your chances of restoring a fresh scent to your house-on-wheels.
Instructions
Difficulty: Moderately Easy
Steps
1Step OneBlot up any remaining liquid with a towel.
2Step TwoPour baking soda over the area where the milk was spilled.
3Step ThreeSprinkle cold water on top of the baking soda.
4Step FourLet stand overnight.
5Step FiveVacuum to remove baking soda.
6Step SixIf the smell remains, try treating the area with white vinegar. Let sit for 15 minutes, then blot excess vinegar with paper towels.
7Step SevenIf vinegar fails to beat the stink, tackle it with an enzyme odor remover. These products use biological organisms that consume odors and can be found at stores that specialize in cleaning products.
8Step EightUse a commercial leather cleaner and odor eliminator on leather upholstery. Your dealer may carry these products.
9Step NineAllow the area to dry completely: residual moisture can cause mildew. Use a hair dryer or fan if necessary, being careful not to scorch carpet fibers with a hair dryer.
