Question:i have aluminum foil stuck to the inside of my oven does any1 know howto get it off...i have tried everythng and nothing is working...pl help.
Answers:
Spray some oven cleaner on it, let it soak for awhile.=)
What's "everything"?
Try scraping it off gently with a chopstick or a wooden ice cream stick. If it doesn't work, take a hot, wet dishcloth, and put it on the foil. Let it sit for 10 minutes, then try again with the wooden stick. If it helps even a little bit, keep alternating hot pack with wooden stick scraping. You could try vinegar and baking soda, too.
Other than that, check the oven manual to see what kind of cleaners you can use in the oven. But if you've tried everything, I suppose that wouldn't help too much. Good luck with it -- most things come off with a liberal application of elbow grease.
Have you tried to putting water on the bottom of the oven and letting it soak. Then with a razor blade utensil held at a forty-five degree angle gentle work the aluminum foil up. Do not force this or do heavy scraping but get an edge up and pull when you can get a firm grip. Resoak if necessary and repeat until it is removed.
You could also try to put a glass bowl of ammonia in the oven and let it set over night this may help loosen the grim that is holding the aluminum foil down.
Once the oven is clean and you plan to put the foil back on the bottom make sure multi pieces of foils are sealed together by folding the two side pieces together so it makes one sheet then place in the oven. This way the spills can not run under the top piece and bake the foil on to the oven bottom.

Good luck and hope this helped
