If there's a shirt with black and white stripes, does it go in the dark or light load for laundry?

put it in with the whites along with a cloth they sell at the grocery store called Color Catcher (they're made by Shout). The Color Catcher cloth with catch any black that might run onto the white. These cloths are great. you can even wash red and white shirts with them and it won't come out pink. I love them.
It's better to wash it alone. I've washed the same type of top with dark colors before and nothing happened. The top just didn't look as bright as it should have if it was washed alone.
if it has dark colors already in the shirt you can put it in a dark load with colorsafe bleach and it should get it clean
i put mine in with dark see what it say on it
If it's 100% cotton, I'd wash it with the lights (NO BLEACH) on cold/cold and dry it on low. If it's cotton/poly or all synthetic it doesn't really matter - but use cold water wash/rinse just in case.
I would suggest putting it on a cold wash program, like this your sure the colors won´t run
by hand is the best way so it doesnt fade or so the color dont bleed
