Not sure what you mean by "run marks" but if the frosting on the glass is part of the glass and not painted on then maybe you can try toilet bowl cleaner. I would test a small area first to make sure it will not ruin your frost. I have used Toilet bowl cleaner to remove deposits on glass shower doors. Please be careful as toilet bowl cleaner is an acid and will burn your skin if not rinsed off.
well you could always insist on people removing their trainers before they run over your glass?
There is no such thing as frosted glass,It is called obscure and it is manufactured that way.try keeping your windows clean.
