blood stains usually can come off with a little perioxide..but that may bleach your couch..sorry not much help

I know for sure Meijer and Kroger sells it. Probably alot of stores have it. Sometime you have to look hard for it - the bottles are small. It works very well.
The real question here is... "How did it get there?"

Mild soap and be sure to use cold water otherwise the stain might set and then be almost impossible to get out.
