How do i remove superglue of my finger?
Question:i tried nailpolish remover.doesnt work
Answers:
There's no easy remedy. I worked in a factory for many years and our surest way was not to touch fingers together and run the affected skin under cold water as soon as possible so the glue loses its stickiness and sets. It won't get the glue off, but with time it will 'wear' off your skin. If you 'pick' on it, you'll find some of your skin comes off too but it will heal.
you might try rubbing alcohol.
Immerse bonded areas in warm, soapy water. Peel or roll skin apart; a spatula or teaspoon handle or even a pencil will help. Remove cured adhesive with warm, soapy water (may take several applications). Fingernail polish remover with an acetone base has also been successful for removal of cured adhesive from skin.
Make sure your nailpolish remover has acetone as the base.
Super glues are also called cyanoacrylates. Once cured, they are fairly inert and chemicals commonly found in the house will not dissolve them.
Some super glue manufacturers (not all) also make a 'de-bonder' that does dissolve the glue - although it's not readily available in stores, so you may not find it. So call around first and if you don't find it in a store, below is a link to order some from a mail order source.
THERE IS ONLY ONE WAY..Fingernail polish remover.works every time...good luck
uh oh! I glued my fingers together putting on fake nails once.
I used nail polish remover and kept slowly pulling them apart.
