How do I get these marks out of my husbands shirt?

Question:Hiya
Last week my husband split some spag bolognase doen his shirt. Luckily i had some stain remover in the cupboard so I wet the area in the sink and rubbed it in - it faded well and i popped it in the washing machine and thought i would then wash it when i washed the rest of the whites.
Well...we went away and i have just noticed the shirt in the washing machine and it has brown.nlack pin point spots on it ( mould?) all down one arm and on the back , probably where i had left the shirt damp!!

i have re washed it twice on 50 degrees and rubbed stain remover and still its there. any ideas or have i totally wrecked his shirt which he has only worn once!
HELP PLEASE XXX

Answers:
Pour undiluted white distilled vinegar into a spray bottle. Vinegar is great at getting rid of mold/mildew, and it also eliminates the bad odor. Spray the vinegar onto the affected areas. Let it sit for several hours, ideally outside in the sun.
Use warm, sudsy water to wash it, and let it dry in a clean, dry place.

if it is a white shirt then as a last resort use a little bit of bleach in hot water and soak over night or you could try a different stain remover, some work better that others on certain stains!

wash the shirt in the hottest water safe for the fabric with a bit of bleach...

allow the shirt to soak for about 15 minutes with the bleach, not a lot of bleach or it will yellow the shirt...like no more than 1/8 cup in hottest water safe for fabric...
With stain´s like this, it´s not a good idea to wash them with hot water. the more heat you add to some stains the harder it is to remove. also using bleach on your clothes, will only make them turn gray & yellow after a time. The bleach will eat the fiber´s in the clothes. I can suggest 2 thing´s. 1 you can remove the stain as you would do with a blood stain . Using cold water & adding salt. Soak the garment in cold water , remove from water, add salt. Leaving the salt on till you see the stain lifting. Or by using a little of your own dish washing up liquid, rub the liquid in with your finger´s , leave the liquid on for a few min´s , then wash on a 40ºc wash. Rather than use bleach for your whites, hang your clothes out in the sun, the sun will bleach most stain´s out the natural way. Hope this helps you a little. PS, MOLD, To remove mold from clothes . put your clothes outside in the sunlight, the sun kill´s of the mold. now add fresh lemon juice to the stain, again hang outside in the sun to dry, then wash on a normal wash. you do the same with dry cleaning material´s , this time adding lemon juice and salt. Leave to dry in the sun, the wipe down with a cold water sponge
overnight bleach but I think the stain has set in to your fibers
tackle mildew as soon as you discover it. Try to brush off as much as possible (outdoors so that you do not spread more spores through the house) and if spot still remain, wash them once with detergent and water, then dry in the sun. If the stain remains, moisten with some lemon juice and then spread with salt and leave in the sun to dry, before rinsing thoroughly. Alternatively, you can use chlorine bleach: 2 tbsp of liquid bleach mixed with one quart of warm water and then sponged onto the stain or even soak the stained area in the solution. Leave it for 5-15 minutes before rinsing. Remember to always check colour-fastness and never use chlorine bleach on silk or wool.
