Spot Carpet cleaning?!?

Question:Id really hate to rent a shapooer 4 only a few spots.. Urine/poop from dog.. I cant get rid of it 4 nothing. Any ideas?

Answers:
Try Woolite's Pet Stain & Odor Remover. It's in a white spray bottle with blue & yellow labeling. It works great on just about any stain. It can be used on most carpets and upholstery. Just test a little spot first to make sure it won't take the color out of the carpet. Follow the directions on the bottle, and it may take a couple of treatments if the stain is old; but it should get it out.

You can get it at Wal-Mart for about $3 for a 20 oz. bottle.

Hope this helps.

vinager water mixture. 1 part vin to 4 parts water. i usually spray put in spray bottle so i do not saturate the carpet. and make sure u blot, dont rub so you dont spread the stain. the vinager will also eliminate the and smell that may be in the carpet

also- caution using resolve for it is soap based and the soap traps into your carpet therefore making it dirtier quicker.
to clean it- resolve carpet cleaner (spray not the foam) or regular shaving cream (foam not gel) - then use a product called Nature's Miracle (sold at pet stores) to neutralize the odor
White Vinegar! used neat, works like magic
Use a scrub brush and your favorite all purpose cleaner
