How do I "refresh" my carpet?

carpet rake! i had pros come and clean my carpet, them they raked it and it looked brand new. (this was on carpet that is several years old in my family room) u can also use it before you vacuum to help loosen the dirt. you can purchase them for between $10-20 online
Replacement.
I use Arm and Hammer carpet pet deodorizer. It is really cheap (like $1.50 for a large box) and I get it at Wal-mart. It is a white powder that you just sprinkle it on your carpet about 15 minutes before you vacum and then suck it up! It makes my carpet look much better then when I only vacum without using it. It also smells wonderful. Good luck!
