Answers:
No stress! If you have some laundry soup, which is best, or Dawn dish detergent, or Oxi Clean, or last in a pinch, Dishwasher soap, these are easy to use with very warm water and a scrub brush, or if you must, a toilet brush. The detergents break down the grease. Very warm to hot water works the best to wash off the fence with. Be careful not to use such a hot water that you burn yourself. Too hot of water and the detergent itself will not work as well. So, this should work within a few minutes. Just rinse with warm water for a bit to get all soap off. Then your good to go!:>)

Try some hot soapy water with dish soap(dawn).Use a broom to scrub ...Good Luck! =)
Use Paint Thinner, unless it's already painted.
