How do u get wax off of linoleium?

Question:

Answers:
Can Armstrong® Floor Cleaner be used with ammonia?
Yes, together it works well in removing wax build-up. To remove build-up on floors, mix 1 cup of ammonia and ¼ cup of Armstrong® Floor Cleaner with ½ gallon of cool water. Spread over a 3' x 3' area. Let stand 5 minutes, scrub and rinse with plain water. Repeat until build-up is removed and entire floor .
Here are some more tips.=)

Put ice on it until it is completely hardened and then pry it off with either your fingernail or a blunt edge (like a butterknife). Linonleum is pretty sturdy, but can be cut so be careful. Or go the other direction, get a hairdryer to help it melt, and wipe up with a towel. This is probably the least effective of the two options (you'll probably still have a bit of residue left). Or are you talking about floor wax?
What kind of wax? if it's old floor wax they make a wax stripper but it's time consuming, if it's candle wax put an ice cube on it wait a minute scrape it off. Good luck
Ammonia is a good cleaner that will strip floor wax but may leave the finish looking dull. Rewax with a product made for that type of flooring.
1/2 cup of ammonia hot water 1 gal. it smell like heck but it will work.
