I have brown stains on my tub. how to clean?
Question:maybe its hard water? i dont know. they are just brown stains like the tub bottom is stained brown. some parts look like shapes of the soap bubbles that float on the water. but its brown. i used soap scum remover which didnt work. so what ould work?

Try Mr Clean magic eraser. You could also fill the tub, add 1 or 2 cups vinegar and let it soak overnight.
for really difficult stains I use toilet bowl cleaner and if the spots are tougher than that use a pumice stone. Hope this helps
ok I've got a couple suggestions...the first is to wet down your tub and then pour comet all over the tub and let it soak overnight then take a scrub brush to it. I've got one more suggestion, but it's a little drastic. If you have a porcelin tub like your toilet is, then you can use toilet cleaner in your tub. It says not to use it anywhere, but the toilet, so that's at your own discrecian. Just make sure you rinse VERY well and your tub is porcelin..
Sprinkle with Arm and hammer and squeeze on fresh lemon juice. Best of luck!

You can try barkeepers friend. Its by the comet and ajax.
Try a product for rust removal like CLR or a product that says it removes rust.
Make sure you follow the directions on the product to avoid an accident.
Open all the windows in the bathroom. Fill the tub up with hot water and add some bleach to the water. Leave it soaking over night and then drain it.
