Answers:
If it is ball point ink, try hairspray.

Hairspray. Blot and repeat
peroxide soap and a toothbrish or scrub brush
try SOAKING garment in OxyClean for a week.
there is a product called greased lightning
Hairspray.
This happened to me at least 20x.

I used hairspray and hot water each and every time to get the ink out. Its weird but it really does work like magic.

1) Hairspray 4-5 times where the ink marks are

2) wait for about 10 seconds for the hairspray chemicals to sink in.

3) Dip the inked area into your running hot war (handwash to be safe).
hairspray works or just straight rubbing alcohol .
try hair spray! Really it worked for me.
This has happened to me countless times.

Pour rubbing alcohol over the spot. Be sure not to let it run because it will make the ink run too! Use paper towels to blot. After SEVERAL tries, the spot will be hardly noticeable.
hairspray works rather nicely and it has workedon me and i have heard that from heloise for tips on the house and stains etc...
My husband manages at a local pizza joint, and was FOREVER leaving pens in his pocket. Here's what works -

Alcohol! straight regular alcohol. Don't let anyone tell you to use hairspray - the ingredient in the hairspray that makes it work is - alcohol. So - fill a small cup with alcohol, and treat each spot - your going to need to let it soak into the ink, you'll see the alcohol turn blue or black showing that it's working. let it soak the ink for a bit, then rinse - repeat until the majority of the ink is gone. .

This is a time intesive task - but if you do it, you'll save the clothes.

Once you've removed the WORST of the stains - your going to need to wash it.

Oxyclean works wonderfully. Put 3 scoops (yeah, it's alot) and one scoop of baking powder and one scoop of your washing detergent into the washing machine. let it fill up, and start to agitate - you need it mixed up. Throw the clothes in, and let them sit/soak for at LEAST 30 minutes.

then wash.

Take them out when they are done (while wet) and check for any remaining ink spots. You may have to do the alcohol soak again. I only had to do that in the spots where the pen actually was.

Once you've confirmed the ink is gone - wash in a regular cycle with regular laundry soap. Use downey or some other fabric softner.

If you have ink in your dryer - use alcohol to get it off as well.

Hope it helps.
Soaking it in OxyClean has always worked for me.
* For ballpoint pens, start with just ordinary hand soap softened with warm water and then pressed gently through the fabric. This will shift the stain before rinsing, although make sure the water is neither too hot nor cold, as either will set the stain. If the stain is very stubborn, you may have to resort to methylated spirit dabbed onto the stain, which is good at removing the ink but might also remove some of the colour of the fabric, leaving a "reverse stain". This is especially true of synthetic fabrics, in which case it is best to use a very dilute solution of one part methylated spirit to two parts water.

* For felt-tip pens, many stains can actually be easily removed following a soak in detergent and warm water solution and then a wash with biological powder. Like glues, many felt-tip pens created for the children's market are washable - If the ink is not washable, however, you can try the methylated spirit treatment mentioned above.

* For fountain pens, again, most modern brands of ink are washable (Indian ink is the exception). If the ink has been spilled onto carpet, pour some salt onto the stain as this will soak up the ink - when dry, brush the salt off gently (taking care not to rub any back into the carpet fibres) and then dab the area with a half-and-half mixture of white vinegar and warm water.

* Permanent marker, unfortunately, this one is practically impossible to remove.

Lemon Juice
This is a great stain remover that's not really used enough around the home. Lemon juice is mildly acidic, has a bleaching and deodorising effect and also dissolves grease. It can be used on a huge range of stains and is one of the first things you should try. For example, it can bleach ink spots on clothing, remove berry stains from your skin, eliminate odours from a cutting board, clean stains from brass, copper and stainless steel cutlery and kitchen sinks, and - especially combined with salt - help shift a whole host of different stains from fabrics. Make sure you choose a lemon which is firm and heavy, with a fine-grained skin as these tend to be juicier.
White Rain hair spray. Soak the ink with it, dab out with paper towel. Re-spray and dab with paper towel till it looks like most of the ink has at least been dissolved by the hair spray. Then wash the shirt as usual. If some ink residue remains, don't put it in the dryer. Re-spray and wash it again. It really will come out!! Good luck. If you already put it in the dryer, it may take a few treatments before the ink has completely gone. I once had a ball point ink pen blow up in a white nursing uniform pocket, soaking the area with ink. I wore that top again that week!
