Is the formula for Swiffer wetjet still toxic to animals?
Question:About 3 or 4 years ago I recall there being a huge boycott of the Swiffer WetJet product by pet owners and lovers because some chemical in the formula was causing liver failure in cats and dogs. Have they changed their product to be pet safe?

I've heard that was an urban legend. I certainly hope it's not true. I just mopped today with Swiffer.
go to snopes.com and type in that product (im not sure if its swiffer or swifter) in the search bar i think thats a myth but not sure..that site is great for checking that kind of stuff out tho

i clean houses for a living and they had a thing on the news about a month ago that the swifter wet jet was still unsafe for toddlers and for animals so i wouldnt use it if i was you they have micro fiber mops out now that work alot better then the swft jet
