oxyclean works like magic.! put some oxyclean on it and lay a wet cloth or paper towel on it for 30minutes to an hour depending on the size of the stain. after you do that, vacuum the carpet.

Try Zippo lighter fluid. Shaving cream works as a foaming carpet cleaner or baking soda, and believe it or not meat tenderizer and let it sit for a while before cleaning it up with a wet sponge.
The BEST way to remove almost any stain is to catch it when it happens! Dilute the spot with plain old water and sop it up by placing a towel on top of it and patting or stepping on it. You may have to do this several times but I guarantee it works. I even got grape juice out of my carpet this way...try it, it WORKS!
