How often do you change your sheets?
Question:
Answers:
I change mine every day. I allow my five dogs to sleep with me. I love 'em dearly but I don't want to smell like them!
about once a week or so
Once a week unless they need to changed out sooner, know what I mean.
In the winter, when I sleep in a gown and socks, I may not change them for 6 weeks, but I launder the pillow case every week.
In the summer, when skin is touching the sheets, I wash then no less than once a week, sometimes more, and I change the pillow case every day if it is sweaty weather.
Pillow cases are about good skin, so i wash them a lot.
How often you change your sheets depends on how much skin is on them, and whether you have spills on them, and whether you get in bed with clean feet, showered or unshowered, all that.
