Not often enough. Get a Pure Clean bathroom block from Walmart if you've got tough stains. It will sparkle.
I use The Works for toilets along with a scrub brush. I clean my toilets every other day.
Make my wife do it.
Almost never cause she doesn't listen to word I say.
