Why is the laundry room always the dirtiest room ina house when its the place you clean clothes?

Its not a room that we enjoy spending time in, and we probable don't spend as much time in the laundry as in any other room. Also when people come over you tend not to entertain in your laundry. A combination of these things makes us less likely to clean our laundries as much as the rest of the house.

I know what you mean. It is an accumulation of different things. Tiny spills of detergent, the debris that falls out of our clothing before they are washed, pieces of lint from the dryer. It all adds up to one big mess if you don't clean it all up on a regular basis. That reminds me... I need to go clean my laundry room! LOL
I keep every room in my house clean. I am very funny about that. I guess to answer ur question, i think alot of people use this room as a dump everything room.
