How to repair shrinked wool clothes?
Question:my wool coat shrinked so badly after i washed and dried it using machine. how to repair it to its normal size?
Answers:
If it shrank a lot, it will be impossible. If it shrank a little, soak it in a tub of cold water and try stretching it. Try putting it on while it's wet and shape it back to your size. This worked for me once with a sweater. I can't guarantee it'll work but it's worth a try.

There is No possible way to return it to normal size. Sorry! You are out of luck, use this as a learning experience and next time take it to the cleaners.
Your wool should have been washed on a 30 or a wool wash the wool wash is made for that so it is a slower wash so does not spin etc so hard.
The clothes are ruined.
Depending on how bad they are, wash them in the sink in warm water, you do not need soap powder or anything just to basically warm up the wool.
Once done gently stretch the wool back into the desired shape making sure you hold the seems as not to rip them.
You can take it to a dry cleaner and ask them to "block it" back to its original size.
If all else fails, try soaking it in a solution of hair conditioner (any kind) and cold water. That will soften the fibers enough to let you stretch it back into shape. Once it's stretched back to the proper size, rinse with the sink hose to remove the leftover conditioner. Roll it between some bath towels to get out most of the water, then lay it flat over a drying screen. Reshape it and let it dry. Don't put it in the dryer or in a warm place or it'll shrink!
