Would help if you said what the problem was...
If not drying ... empty container at bottom
You could also try removing the grid container, above water collector, Usually fluff etc collects in here and stops the water getting to the collector. If not going round the belt has probably come off or needs replaced. If not heating there are two little round discs,one will have a red dot on, these are located above the heating element, it may need replaced or it could be the element itself has broken. All of these can be accessed through the back of the machine.Hope this helps.
get your tool kit out
take it to pieces
look what is broken
put new /refurbished parts in
put it back together
