Spot remover.?

Question:How would I go about removing an oil spot from a pair of light coloured leather shoes? We think it was caused by a piece of blu-tack (!).

Answers:
If the shoes are suede you could use a degreaser like greased lightening.Try a spot where it wouldnt be noticed first, as it will remove color on some things.
For smooth leather just try a little dish soap, good luck!

try looking at a website for removing stains with vinegar, it has some great stain removing properties!
This sometimes works i have tried it on a tee-shirt. Place a piece of brown paper over the oil stain and using a hot iron, iron it. Like i said it doesnt always wrk but its worth a shot. Good luck.
lightly scrub Lestoil with an old tooth brush.
