Once a week maid service?
Question:Where/how do I keep uncleaned dishes for a week in my apartment so she can wash them? I want her to do cleaning, laundry and dishes. I just moved out.. used to live with mommy who did everything for me I don't know how to do dishes.

If you're old enough to move out.. don't you think you're old enough to learn how to wash dishes??

Get a dishwasher. Or learn to do dishes. It doesn't take a brain surgeon to figure it out.
use paper plates , really it is not hard to wash dishes but if you want to save them for someone else to do put a wash tub that will fit under the sink fill it with water and put your dishes there .
If you don't mind the prospect of attracting bugs like ants or cockroaches, you can store them on a dishdrainer under the sink. But, I would at least rinse off any food particles and debris to avoid being infested.
You need to be looking in the phone book if you want to find a maid service. I will tell you now, unless you get a private maid , no maid service that is a franchise will do dishes or your laundry. IF you go private they are not insured or bonded.

First you should learn to wash dishes. If you decide not to then get paper plates, plastic glasses, and paper bowls. You can throw these away. Maybe even plastic silverware. Everything else you should rinse and keep in the sink. Stack them as the week goes by and you will have plenty of room. It's a darn shame your mother didn't teach you to clean and care for your own place. Some day you will have a family and will need these skills. Start learning!
Maybe the maid should come 2x a week...
